the cone MIGHT be too big & heavy for your machine, I know they are for mine. I wind bobbins from it, but I have to stick the cone on my finger & hold it horizontally to do so, iyswim !2016: No Clutter to Be Seen 805/2016

The buttercup bag is a good pattern and fairly easy. There's a tutorial linked on the other thread but if you want to sell them you'll need to buy the rights. I don't think it's expensive to do so.0 -

Depends on what your target market is. You could make some nice tote type bags or you could make something more dressy. Depends on who you think you will be aiming them at.

Thanks Casati - thats what I was afraid of, yep I'll prob just stick to the cone finger bobbin manouvre :rotfl:

Lovely makes everyone.
Finally got round to taking photos of the new, improved tutu. It's still a long way from perfect but I'm really happy with it. I'm still a beginner and this was by far my most complicated and involved project so far and there is blood, sweat and nearly tears gone into it! The original attempt pics are on page 33, post number 6646 if anyone wants to see why I am so pleased with it now!!

I have brought the right to sell the buttercup bags from Rae as I want to sell them at the craft stall I will be doing in March.
I paid £6.16 which I thought was fairyou also get the larger buttercup bag pattern too
I got the download PDF very quickly
They are very easy and fast to makeGetting myself sorted 1 day/1thing at a timeand Love sewing
