Stardrops, if you like the chicken you'll love the geese, bunnies, hares, lambs etc. !!!!
They are all typical Tilda designs and very addictive!! I got the book from Amazon on Tuesday and got started straight away!! I want to make them all lol!!!

Alimarcle was the chicken hard to make, it looks like it might be a bit fiddly

Ok- all scottish people can be part of the Northerners group. :) a meet would probably be fun. picking a spot for it might be interesting.

I'm not sure about any body from below yorkshire though- a bit southern for my taste lol.

Turning the feet and the comb and wattle were all fiddly but I found the instuctions quite easy to follow.
Was going to give him to my Mum (she loves chickens) but can't bring myself to give him away!!:D

It is mostly stuffed figures jollymummy. There are the usual hearts, a tea cosy, egg cosies and a wall hanging with hares on it but other than that it's really just the toys.

I just love the "springtime" book. Have only looked at it in the bookshop but I really like the large fabric covered Easter Eggs. I would love to make some.

Has anyone any ideas where I could get the egg shapes to cover. I thought I might find some paper mache ones or something but have looked everywhere.
Any suggestions of what else I could use? (Do they make such a thing as Plastic egg shapes?)

Last year our Boyes store had eggs made out of that white packaging stuff that I can't remember the name of grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I looked today but they don't have any yet. I bet craft shops have them.

I'm half London and half Newark what does that make me?
