Cleared out and cleaned DP's wardrobe, and he now has clothes hanging in it instead of it being filled with clutter, and we no longer have his clothes in a pile on the floor, yay! Most of what I took out is in the spare room ready to be sorted out, including the old video recorders which weighed a ton, lol, and hopefully most of it will be gone over the weekend!

DP did put some old electronics spares catalogues, which were in the wardrobe, in the recycling, they were from 1994 so a little out of date, lol!

Kezlou! Wow! That feeling of spaciousness is exactly what I'm going for. In aid of which:

    71. old table base to a friend.
    72. spare ironing board to a friend.
    73. masses and masses of polystyrene packaging to the bin - it was an insulation project, and then I realised what a fire risk it was so I abandoned it, but never got rid of the stuff. If I *had* had a fire in this house, it would've gone up like a candle :o

Haven't been here for a while (and it shows!) but we're swopping round bedrooms as the household inhabitants change, so:
    Taken to the Charity shop:
    - 2 black sacks of DS1's old clothes (and I mean OLD)
    - a pile of assorted videos
    - a bag of carrier bags
    - a handful of my old clothes
    - a glittery pinecone on a stick (from a christmas bouquet!)

    Pending:
    - a stack of books & a few more videos to be taken to the CS

To be passed on to the kids next door:
    - assorted hats (viking, santa & a blues brothers style) , a pirate costume with sword, an empty S&G bowling bag & an empty S&G hatbox

    That feels GOOD!
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.

    Morning all,

Wow have you guys been busy. I have been fly ladying this week so trying my best to keep things tidy. It does help. So I've had less time to declutter.

Talking of moving rooms and stuff about, I thought of something yesterday which will free up some space. Moving a piece of furniture into another room. Plus surprise surprise actually have a nest of tables all together! Every little bit of decluttering helps:

1 x dog toy, dog turned their nose up it so it will go to a friend's dog.
1 x magazine, read and only torn out one page to keep and turned down the offer of a free scarf (with P&P) cos I oooooh no way more clutter.

I bought some new towels yesterday and a cosy blanket. The latter is going back because once out of the packaging it's paper thin! So not too bad, not too much rubbish coming in.
