Right, to go today, are two massive piles of beading magazines and I may actually part with my travel mags...cutting projects out of the beading mags as we speak and then they shall be banished to the recycling bin!

Hi All
Thanks very much for encouragement around fitness programme -special thanks to Callisto for the support - I've been keeping it up & went to the Doctor's today & for the second time in a row my blood pressure was normal - it was high a month ago before I started at the gym.
DS with Dad today- had day off & was planning to have a good old declutter / general tidy - but a late meeting last night followed by early morning appointment at GP & visit to the gym meant that I've spent the afternoon sleeping & DS is due back in half an hour.
DS has friend round all day tomorrow so it's my intention to declutter around them & I am pledging 20 items to be decluttered, bootsale boxes (been in living room for 2 weeks) to be put somewhere more appropriate and the massive pile of clean clothes in my bedroom to be put away properly.
Summary since last post
IN
Microfibre towel for gym - wierd - feels like drying yourself with a giant duster
football for DS
compass to end dispute about what way garden faces
OUT
2 large bags of stuff to CS - mainly grown out school uniform & stuff sifted out of what came back from the bootsale
Bag of DS' nicer grown out clothes to friend in work
4 items on Ebay / Amazon (2 mine, 2 sold for a friend)
presents from stash to teachers
Congratulations on reaching your target mineallmineHave nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.

Hey there,
As a lifetime clutterer am not really sure how to pace myself here, but am convinced that all steps must be good so here goes:
1) finished bubble bath and shampoo (recycling bin)
2) papers (recycling)
3) plastic containers (gave to my Mum who is very pleased)
4) compost to outside
5) turned baby clothes with stains into rags (does this actually count?)
6) magazines (set aside to pass onto friends)
7) old baby clothes (boxful in attic to pass on to a friend of the family)
Wow, if I can keep this up it might make a difference!0 -
