Jinky like G&B I have no experience of what you are going through - I can only imagine your turmoil - (((hugs))) again and you know where we are if we can help at all. I did think toochoosey's reckoning was good - better to have the longer time with her despite the cost.
Tilli-Tot awhhh honey huge huggles for you - well done for coping and sorting things out - I am sure the teenagers will settle down in time - we are here if you need to rant moan or cheer - whatever is appropriate - as for the house well just follow the lists for a few weeks and it will come right - dont get stressed and dont try to do it all at once xx
LadyL enjoy your peaceful house - have you still got DS? xxxxx
MrsChaos (((hugs))) have you let him see what you are doing - would that lessen his jealousy? you know where I am.

sorry to see that there are lots of issues with other halfs - must be the time of year - I hope things improve for you all.

I thik alomst ALL Oh's run on a 'me first' routine.

My exKH used to get himself ready when we were going anywhere then go and sit in the car with the engine running while I got myself ready, DS ready and DD ready

and also said he could not manage to 'babysit' two kids (his kids) at once, he could only cope with one:rolleyes:

I forgot to sign up this week but even so, I've done a surprising amount of flying - I even vacced the flat all through yesterday thud.gif

Anyway I'll join in a sort of random fashion if I may please, with no hope of getting stars and such, just a gentle push back into routine.

no chance of catching up with the thread so apologies if I've missed important news, take care and thsmiley_huggroup.gif to anyone who needs one.

8 is much too young anyway.. would DS not bring her?

BUT I wouldn't have het her stay with KH either... mine wouldn't have even been given the option!
Unfortunately DS is not in the least bit interested in coming here ever, says if I want to see him I will need to go up there:o

I think, if you haven't seen her all over Christmas then it would be worth the money to have her there for the week, if I have got it right?...(pay more and have her for the week rather than pay less for the weekend?????) Hope I got it right and not just poking my nose in xx
not poking your nose in at all, I did ask for opinions:A
Either way I do it, it is only going to be for 2 days, because of school
Jinks Have you asked DD what she wants to do? Is the following weekend going to interfere with or make her too tired for School......I think on this occasion personally I would go with this week....in case he changes his mind....I know it's a huge difference in cost, but maybe worth it this time. I only know vaguely your circumstances but is there any chance she will come & live with you........I think you said it was more difficult with DS because of exams but at 8 perhaps worth thinking about? I know you won't take this personally if you think I'm talking !!!!......but you did ask :p love you really xx
Her Dad said she started crying when he told her I wanted her to come down:cool:

I am hoping maybe at some point she will come and stay here, but I cant really see it:(

And I do know how awful it sounds, that money has to be a consideration in the whole situation:o

Anyway enough about me......off to make breakfast:D
