Can I have a little rant please?

I got the kids up and they've had breakfast and are dressed etc. DH got up later than me, had breakfast and since then has been on the laptop

I've emptied washing machine and hung up to dry, put away dry stuff, made the beds, vacuumed all the house apart from in here which I'll do in a minute .....

Do your OHs do this too or is it just me? Oh, he did just make me a cup of coffee but now back in laptop mode.

That was a bit of a potter..

WMx1, started on the dining table hot spot, you can see the table now through the piles of stuff to put elsewhere. I'm a bit tied as I'n not going upstairs too much as DS is sleeping still. I think he has his first dose of ManFlu (has a cold, but he is just 17 ;)) so I'm lettiing him lie. DD wants me to watch a DVD with her so I think I will put the kettle on and the ironing board up.

My OH does this too. I get LO up and ready, give her breakfast. Empty DW, do dishes put a wash on etc. Then hubby will appear and sit on couch and watch telly or sit at computer. He will get himself ready and that is it. If i ask him to do something he will moan that he is just up and needs time to wake up etc. Erm yeah i manage to do stuff when i'm just awake. Sorry that turned into a little rant:o
This morning he did take the bins down and put the DW on though. I asked him to do it last night and he didnt so i guess he did it eventually.

I've got one like that too!

Since DD1 had a serious relapse of her ME/CFS last year she spends most of her time in her room. If she wants anything she rings a doorbell we installed. If he hears the bell he'll look at me and say -'it'll be you she wants!':mad:
