Well I can get the train/bus to you and onto garage and then I can drive it back for you if need be.

Ive also been looking at Focus's as they are the number 1 rated second hand car and honest John gives them a 5 out of 5 :)

that is very :A of you.

The Focus is a really high scorer in all the ratings - it's just been voted car of the decade. I have a couple on my favourites list I've created but they are 3600  apart from the 1 I want to look at tomorrow. It's a 99 model though and Focus automatics up to 2000 apparently had really awful Mazda gearboxes.

Just made a lovely roast dinner, dishwasher's on, fizz in hand and just waiting for DD's to appear with "pictionary man". This is the part of Christmas I like.

    Sounds lovely Pooky.

I went for a run on the ice. Really enjoyed it. Just having cereals and vodka and cranberry juice, and waiting for my babies to come home.

Ames, yes, that's one of my L2 courses, but will be a little while before I get to that one. Good luck with it.

Insurance isn't too bad either. Ive seen one in Bournemouth which I might venture too if the place in Exeter isn't open...just a bit more money than had planned on spending....well lets face it I hadn't planned on spending any.

I have been thinking maybe I should ask to borrow the money from Mum to pay debts off and then I would have extra per month to live on  But then our payment to CCCS is going to be virtually nil as OH isnt now getting any money, nadda, nil, zilcho . Think though having a car for my sanity is more important atm

  • I am eating amassive bowl of purple cabbage I made for Christmas dinner (Kate Garraways recipe from GMTV) and no one except me likes it! lol

It *was* a bit too vinegary so I have added some brown sugar. No one will want to be down wind of me later....
