  • Hi there

Oh yes im feeling guilty alright and I defiantly realise what I have done is unforgivable and wrong.

I love my partner with all my heart and I really do want to make things right, its only been 4 days now and she is adamant that there is no going back, not now not ever. I have lost everything I ever held dear to me and im at a complete loss.

Again I know its only been 4 days but for me I never want anybody again if its not her, she was my life and one thing I have realised is how much I meant to her, i really had no idea how upset she would be.....

    Thanks for replying

Might be better to make your own thread so that this one doesn't become about you (no offence intended).

I am finding it hard to be sympathetic towards you really. I'd glad your missus has enough self worth to see that she and your children deserve more.

    Hi JustKeepSwimming.

Hope you had a nice NYE, as someone else said, it's just one evening in a year.

    Best wishes your way.

Thank you - I did have a better NYE than expected (Desperate Housewives 5 is highly recommended :rotfl:).

My partner did come crawling back - he is amazingly contrite & promises not to lie to me again.... We shall see. I don't what will happen in the future, but I feel happy that I know I can live without him.

    Thanks for everyones kind comments & here's to a brilliant 2010 :j

Worst Guy - I don't know what to say. I feel for your partner & children - she must be so devastated. It would hurt me to know that my partner had been unfaithful with the same person twice, more than if he'd been with 2 different women. You don't say if it was with someone she also knew, or over what timescale the 2 "events" were. I'd struggle to ever trust someone who had been with a "friend" of mine, & if there had been quite a long time between events, then I'd be wondering about all the time between.

What would you do/feel if she had done the same things to you?
& as for some happy ending I'd rather stay single & thin :D
