Im doing quite well even by my normal standards lol.
Sof far I have bought my christmas crackers, reduced from £12 to £3 in Tesco.
Christmas cards, 40 for 1.25
Have bought a clickstart computer for my son and daughter to share for £20 plus a cars game, dora game, princess game and finding nemo game for all around £5 each.
Bought my son a my first digital camera from Lloyds online for £10 as well as a interactive learning pen thing for £5/6.
Have got my nephews birthday present from Tesco (I bought an ipod for myself before xmas and got a £15 e voucher) so got it for 4.00 by the time I used codes etc.
Am eagerly awaiting the boots 75% off sale as well. Have my eye on a few things for both the boys and my daughter as well. Also have a few things in mind for my nephew and niece (who isnt even born yet lol).
And all the parents and inlaws are sorted as well. Argos clearance on ebay have digital photo frames for £19.99 so will buy one between each set and an SD card and just add recent pics of the kids. So thats all the relatives sorted for under £100!!!
I will of course be glued to the grabbit boards on here and HUKD to pick up bits and pieces for my kids throughout the year. (My son has been asking for the lego city police and fire stuff so if anyone sees it on offer please let me know ty x)
Is it bad that I already have my 3 kids christmas lists wrote out lol, apart from the things that the older 2 are going to ask for nearer the time of course.Mummy to Leeland 5, Lakota 4, Lennox 1 and expecting non id twins March 2011.0 -

I was a lurker on this thread last year too but this year thought I would join in! My problem was I bought the bargains throughout the year and then bought more bargains before xmas as they were too good to miss so ended up spending just as much as if I had waited til December for everything! Anyway have got started for this year today.... got 3 packs of make your own xmas cards for 10p each in The Works, some lovely make up sets of different sorts 70% off in Debenhams although I am keeping 1 set for me
And also a necklace and bracelets at 70% off in Monsoon. Oh and some glow in the dark shapes in Argos for my DS reduced from £12.99 to £4.99. Not bad for a days work

Sounds like you are well and truly organised there Beverley!
I like the idea of a digital frame with pictures of the family on it, I'm going to copy you and get this for my grandad as I never know what to get him! I will chuck in a M&S voucher too I think as he loves that place. :TComping wishlist for 2017

Thanks for mentioning Lloyds Pharmacy online sale (hmmm - lol). Just spent £150 on there!!
However, I've got all pressies for kids in the family birthdays and xmas. All the mens xmas pressies (top gear hampers), some bits for the womens hampers and saved myself £180 for regular price!!!0 -

I would imagine so.... I've bought Christmas puddings before and eaten them after the BBE date and they've been fine. 'Best Before' dates are only a guideline after all.... plenty of people on these forums eat out of date food and still live to tell the tale!
If you've got more than one, try one in October and see what it's like. That way you've still got plenty of time to get another one.Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

Am I the only person who feels like Xmas '09 was months ago and not just 3 weeks ago?
