ohh toughie.
Could you maybe tell them you don't know how much they cost to make but will mke them for £20 a basket - any profit made will be donated to x charity (or perhaps put towards a childrens hospital christmas gift??loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
:Twell done chicky wiggle
thats exactly what i shall do:o:o at not thinking of that myself
my daughter is 17
and has attended childrens hospital since she was 3 (kidney patient)
she is having to leave to go to adult hospital next year:(
we are involved in fundraising there
but wanted to do something extra this year
i shall donate all the money from the baskets
it doesnt cost a huge amount to make, and it would be so beneficial to donate the money
(i'd never make a business woman but my hearts in the right place i suppose)
thank you SO much :happyhear

Hi guys! Thanks Snowbrow for basket suggestions. Will be on look out when in Wilkinsons and Home Bargains.
Just reserved a 6.5 litre Morphy Richards slow cooker at Argos which was originally £38.99 reduced to £19.49.

lots of clothes on sale and a few present type things like candles for the garden all half price. there were even some xmas trees and wrapping paper!!!!!
There were a lot of things on the shelves in Argos too that were on clearence. Got a plastic/melamine salad bowl with tongs and 4 bowls for 2.99 not 9.990 -
midnightraven,
Well done on your hampers being such a hit! Would you mind telling me what was in them? (I love stealing good ideas - LOL)
I'm into photography so I made personalised calendars last year (family photos to suit each month - birthday celebrations, new year party, christmas dinner etc) and they were really popular - family showed them off to all their visitors and had them on display in their kitchens. Bonus was they were really cheap to make!

Yep, there is one at meadowhell. Not sure where you are, but there is also one at Drakehouse retail park, near crystal peaks, which is less painful than meadowhell if you live anywhere near that side of sheffield!0
