  • The Molton Brown handwash bottles are great for refilling - because the MB stuff is so good, the bottles dispense slightly less product than most - so they make whatever you use when you refill them last longer too!

I've used up a sachet of Sanctuary foot scrub today, and half a sachet of the matching foot lotion. On the flip side though when out this afternoon I did buy deep conditioning treatment (OH had promised to get me one as part of my christmas pressie and they were £4.29 each or buy 2 for £6 so I did get the two) and cleansing wipes (2 for £1 in Poundland! :p ). Both things which I will use and which I had run out of though so I don't feel too bad about that. The conditioner was bought in Boots and OH also got some other bits so I got one of the vouchers too - which was immediately spent on the moisturiser gloves - had to add £1 to it.

FF - Sorry your Benefit stuff turned out to be a dud. At least the seller didn't hesitate on refunding though. Neutral feedback was absolutely fair and reasonable in the circumstances - if she had been told that they were seconds why had she not said so in the listing?! It does seem far more likely that she was aware that they were fakes.

  • Hi all. Since we are all trying to use up all our fancy and not-so-fancy stuff, shall we try to come up with a definitive list list of what is actually worth the money? I'm realising that a lot of my favourites are actually more from cheaper ranges.

I've tried my best to finish a small bottle of shower gel earlier tonight!! It's like a never ending gob stopper... it just won't go away :o I would of finished some cleanser today but decided that I'll cut the bottom of it tomorrow and scrape out the last dregs so I'm not wasting anything. Maybe I'll try and stretch it a bit futher because I don't have any more left to replace it and I'm not planning on shopping :p
Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.

I was looking through my toiletry stash box from Xmas and I wanted to open and test everything but I thought of this thread and thought better of it, and used up older things. Not as fun.
Plus when I go round to my OH's house I usually use his hand cream but I think I'll take one of my own to use up. :p

I think any men that were reading this thread have probably been scared off now lol. :rotfl:

I'm thinking I want some of those No7 moisture gloves, just need to find a way of acquiring a voucher without spending money unneccesarily..

Haha, that's quite mean. My OH hasn't realised my toiletry addiction, and neither had I until I came across this thread!

Hi. I bought this once and LOVED it! Since then, I've never been able to find it again. Is it still out there? Please tell! I would then go and hoard it as if preparing for the apocalypse!

TUT TUT TUT if I tell you that then you would be out buying now wouldn't you? And that is not the idea of the thread

I think this is a great idea, but knowing me it will probably make me want to buy even more stuff... I already have the Aldi version of Touche Eclat on my list... oops!
I'm buying No More Toiletries, I'm Deluttering and I'm Losing Weight for 2010!
