I have just been reading the last couple of pages from this evening and laughing my head off!!! Jewelleryfan, you are no more of a nutter than the rest of us so don't worry! :rotfl: xoxoxoGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Lush - I don't like. I can't stomach the smell of the shop enough to go in. *bonus point for me*
Another *bonus point* - I decanted a handcream into a mini pot and threw away the big one. It looks so much more manageable to use up now I've decanted and I'll probably use it more.
*bonus point* I've finished my St Tropez scrub (and don't have another scrub in stock except soap and glory what a shame) so that is container 2 in the bin
*bonus point* finished a mini shampoo off only because i was too lazy to go in the loft for more shampoo so used the mini up.container 3 - being used for decanting purposes
*bonus point* finished a face wash but *panic stations* I'm using my "spare" so I'll have to get another in stock when it is on offer. container 4 in the bin
I agree "One on the go, one in stock" seems like an acceptable rule. I also panic when I start to run out and stockpile leading to the current dilemma.
I also found the 18 boxes of cotton bud I'd bough when Boots did an offer. Bad, times.
I think the worst thing is when you stockpile then go off the shower gel/face cream etc. after half way through - thats when the hoarding begins.
I love how popular this thread is!

HI Fizzy Trinket and Jewellery Fan (and everyone else on the thread tonight)
it has made me so happy reading your posts as I seem to have the same "problem" as you both. I definitely have deep issues that cause me to buy and hoard all manner of lotions potions and cosmetics.
I have to confess that I went to M and S today just to return 2 skirts that made me look like mutton done up as lamb.....................
Next thing I know I am walking out with a Natural extracts lip balm, reduced to £1. It is lovely stuff and its surprising how hard it is to find an effective lip balm.
I am really going to find it hard not to go back in there tomorrow and buy and few more for when I run out.
I also bought some lovely hair and body oil reduced to £3 and won't bore you with the rest of my bargains. Now why did I do this when I have so much stuff already and I am part of this thread ?
I have also got to unsubscribe from the Brandalley emails as I just cannot resist their makeup. I ordered a beautiful Stila set reduced from£39 to £16 I can't wait to get it and yet again why did I do this when I have so much lovely Stila make up?
Well I am really going to try to stop buying any more. Ggggrrrrrrr.0 -
I found 2 old handwashes that i had forgotten to use up and have not used it so i have put the molton brown away and put that out instead. Used up one of them already and used up a body scrub today too. Started using a very old - maybe 3 years - imperial leather foam wash which does not work properly since its so old but going to squeeze it and use it anyway.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0

jamtart, I think you deserve a prize!!!!!!
salesaddict, D minus, must do better tomorrow! :rotfl: Never mind, we all have our little slips, just put it behind you and move on.
I also have deep seated reasons for all the hoarding/stashing, will post more on this tomorrow.

Been reading this since last night but wanted to wait until I finished reading until I posted.
I have sorted through one drawer as part of my 'great declutter' and chucked some stuff. Have yet to audit it all though (may do it on wednesday since I have a day off)
Finished off a deodorant today properly finished as well- trick I learnt from OH, when you are nearing the end of the spray and can still hear some in there when you shake it but cant get any in, bang it on something until you get a dent... this increases the presure and gets the ends out0 -
