I love their Lime, Mandarin and Vevitar(sp) eau de toilette as an everyday perfume but when I was there during the week I didn't see it.
It was on offer at £1 in Dingwall Tescos on Wednesday - I looked, had a cheeky free squirt & didn't buy it. I think it's being discontinued as there was only a couple of bottles left.0 -
I've got some s&g hand cream, I don't actually think it's that great, body shop vitamin e is very good and the body shop hemp one is excellent. I've still got 2 1/2 S&G hand food to use up though, 2 from hatbox and OH bought me one for xmas. So no hand cream purchases for a while yet.
I have been an angel today, mum came to visit we went shopping. She had 2 no7 vouchers left and was going to give me one, but I really didn't need anything so she used them both :A I did have look but came to my senses when I realised that I've got all the colours I like from their nail varnish selection! She got an olay voucher which I didn't try to spend for her!
I've also been in wilkos today and ignored a half price offer on soft and gentle (which I do use but have 2 in stores and 1 on the go), I avoided the toiletries section in the pound shop and so I'm feeling quite smug today.
Nothing used up today, I did cut my tube of daily smooth up to scrape out the last few bits because it was nearly empty, but there is actually loads left so that'll keep me going for a good few days yet*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

Oh and I wont fight any of you for George Clooney, Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp. Cant really think of anyone that I fancy...other than OH
Awwwwwwwwwwwww!
As for the mascara, I love 2True which is sold at Superdrug. £1.95 or 3 for £5, it is amazing and never flakes! It comes in lots of colours too. Try it! :beer:EssexHebridean wrote: »
I went into Boots, had a wander round, decided to get the shimmering lip and eye thing with the second £5 snowie voucher - the first was already going towards the P&P - started walking across to the No 7 counter, decided on the way that it was spending 75p on something I didn't need, and put it back. :T Bought my P&P and took advantage of the glitch on the Boots Smile toothpaste through the acm, then left!
Well done you!!!!! :TQueen_of_NO_MATTER_WHAT wrote: »Nothing used up today, I did cut my tube of daily smooth up to scrape out the last few bits because it was nearly empty, but there is actually loads left so that'll keep me going for a good few days yet
I remember the days when I didn't cut open the tube, I dread to think how many expensive dregs I have wasted!!! Weirdo! :rotfl:
I have been very good today, resisted all offers in Tesco and Asda including the clearance shelf... but I did buy a Boots Expert Inflight pamper kit in the charity shop. It has a mirror, toothbrush, Expert whitening toothpaste, Expert sensitive day cream, Expert lip protector and Expert eye cream and a clear plastic zip bag to keep it all in... for just £2!!! It's for my mum as she never has travel sizes of anything and is always spending too much on them when she goes away. And I'm doing my bit for charity
I had a lovely day, did lots of walking, ate sensibly, got a few bargains in the local posh shops (they were down to 90% off otherwise I wouldn't even consider buying them lol) and even got a lovely top in Benetton reduced to £4.50 from £35!!
Now I'm off to do a face mask, defuzz, a quick shower and some body buttering.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

I went to Boots today
I had 2 No7 vouchers and used one to buy my OH some facewash which he uses and only cost me £1.50.
The other one I bought some new foundation - as I said yesterday my 'current' one is 3 1/2 years old and all manky. I got a mousse one as I'm hoping it'll be easier for me to use (I did some research!) and got the lady to test it on me and I was pleased with it. Need to wash my foundation brush now and try it out on Monday!
So I spent £6 on something (after voucher) and used my giftcard so don't feel too bad!Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
