  • Also working through stuff during my daily routine...

S&G clean girls, body shop vit e face wash, facewipes in morning and body shop vit e day moisturiser, then make up, S&G daily smooth,

Hand cream during the day, currently bodyshop hemp (had it for years, nearly finished, very good hand cream)

no7 make up remover/cleanser/toner/P&P/night cream in eve

Gosh it's such hard work all this pampering! ;)

I've had 2 showers today, I think I'm getting obsessed. Nearly finished most of my 'almost done' tubes and bottles, which I would never have done, I would normally get fed up and open something new. Tonight finished Body Shop Cranberry Body Scrub (it's like washing yourself with seeded cranberry jam, honestly!) and my beloved coconut body butter. Used 2 of the ancient hot oils, so one left in pack which I will let dd use (she bleaches her hair to get it pillar box red so it's in fairly bad condition) and that'll be them done.
Back to wipes on my face til it calms down from the Clean Mary fiasco, which has made me really sad, I hope I don't break out with all their facial range :(
Nails, fingers and tootsies all nicely done in No7's 'Temptress' - I always have to have my nails painted, and like rich dark colours, and half a travel size 'hand food' is gone also as I used it on my feet too (no foot cream).
The boots.com glitch on the skinnie and the 1/3 off S&G didn't even come close to breaking me today! Progress! :)
Come ride with me, through the veins of history...

  • Don't worry I'll be there to keep you company.
We'll face an eternity of toiletries and make up that we can never use up:)

We'll look great though with all the pampering we'll get to do ;)

I have that one too, it's lovely. The Bourjois So Laque in Cerise Noire is also gorgeous and goes on really nicely. :)

Well I have started! I looked through all my baskets last night nad I have loads of some things and not many or any spares of essentials so I am going to sort of adapt the challenge to suit me- no more toiletries until I have used up all of the same sort. I seem to have loads of cleanser, moisturiser, body lotion and make up but hardly any toothpaste and deodrant- am not going a year without buying these:eek:

So today I bought 3 tubes of toothpaste and some facial wipes from Boots as I have run out completely and I did not spend my till spit for Time delay , Olay etc skincare:eek: . It felt really strange staring at the shelf thinking i do not need any of this!

Can I just ask- if anyone has a spare time delay voucher, would they mind passing it onto me if you are not going to use it? ( not to anyone in particular:o)

I want to buy the night cream of some sort, but don't want to have to spend cash to get the voucher. IM trying to be as frugal as possible and every penny counts :o

Sorry if this is cheeky :o
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

There is an online code, have a look in the voucher thread on the grabbit board. You could use the code online and select to collect in store to save on postage ;)

edit - The code is PFMA48

Hey tara747 not heard of that. Sodium Laureth Sulphate is often to help the product foam. I switch between a chemical free one and then an ordinary one to try and keep a balance. Faith in nature has really nice smell and does foam well. However, I have yet to find a really good quality chemical free shampoo. I had not heard about SLS until Liz Earle was on QVC talking about it. Then I realised that all the products I had aggravated my loved one's skin. We swopped products and bingo, sorted! :A

I like Aveda's Shampure and Blue Malva and Tigi's Bed Head Superstar SLS free shampoo - I didn't actually realise the Tigi one was SLS free when I bought it, and I honestly didn't notice the difference foamwise when I was using it.

Need A Break, that chicken curry sounds absolutely delish! I'll be trying that out at the weekend.

Picked up my Lush order from the post office from my little lapse (nearly two weeks ago now) - my gorgeous Flower Garden perfume and the free goodie bag (bath bombs and soaps, but small so easy to use quickly).

Apart from that, I've been pretty good and only bought what I had to, ie antiperspirant, which was BOGOF (Sure) in Tesco.

I'm going to be ruthless at the weekend and start sorting through my makeup. I've got a box full of lipsticks that I never and will never wear, some are probably off by now, and I'm sure they can just be slung.
