I tried an organic, SLS-free shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo didn't clean my hair and the conditioner didn't condition it. I was really disappointed!!!
The brand was Seavite, do you know of it?
Hey tara747 not heard of that. Sodium Laureth Sulphate is often to help the product foam. I switch between a chemical free one and then an ordinary one to try and keep a balance. Faith in nature has really nice smell and does foam well. However, I have yet to find a really good quality chemical free shampoo. I had not heard about SLS until Liz Earle was on QVC talking about it. Then I realised that all the products I had aggravated my loved one's skin. We swopped products and bingo, sorted! :ADeclutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

:o:o (and it is that one by the way).
I'm going straight to hell - why is it that the only time I see such bargains is when I'm doing some sort of challenge?!!!! They are 120ml bottles for £1.79. There were only four left... I bought them all. I'm selling some hair dye, perfume, body lotion and clothes to make the money back.
You must be a Catholic? Don't worry I'll be there to keep you company.
We'll face an eternity of toiletries and make up that we can never use up:)0 -
Ohhh dear, just found a gift bag of bath products i got for christmas but left under the coffee table and forgot about! - some lovely looking bath rose petals though! Shall be using them on SundayAnnual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500
Debt payments 2012 £433.270 -
forgot to add....
Nothing from stash finished yet.
Had a bath last night and used:
S&G clean girls
Body Shop vit e face wash
S&G fab pore face peel
Frizz ease daily shampoo
Frizz ease intensive conditioning treatment
Have nearly finished a tube of S&G daily smooth, as it's my absolute fave I'll be cutting the tube out to scrape out every last smidge. I'm not rushing to use through any of my stuff, most of it I have is stuff that I love so I'm going to eek it out as long as possible. (except the berts bees stuff, I really don't like it!)
Also Boots Volunteer panel gave me a shower gel yesterday which I have to use for 2 weeks cos I'm doing a skin study for them (for £50 yay) and we all have to use the same body wash. Shame they are going to put a streak of fake tan on my arm! So that's another one to add to the collection, but after the study period I think I'll use it for bubble bath*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

By the way, I must say I'm very impressed with your restraint so far: you're doing great gal!Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0
