I went to join pynm again, with a nice purplypinkybrown colour (one of the 60 second ones that use country 60 seconds to dry....) to find it was irrecoverably gloopy,so I chucked it out....

Im almost out of my johnsons moisturiser, so need to go get another soon - dont know what to use though - any ideas?? I did like this one,but kinda feel that I should look to others maybe... (tried a bs one at the weekend, but really didnt like how it made my skin feel,so wont be using that!)Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
I've been painting my nails a creamy pearly coffee brown recently, trying to use up all my old nail varnishes, so getting through this one at the moment.

6 months. Lucky you. Mine is a couple of years.:rotfl::rotfl:I went away and now I'm back.:j:j0 -
I also don't rate Boots P&P either, made my skin congested.. The only serum that I've tried and liked is Gatineau Melatogenine Force Collagen but it's so expensive I don't want to use it all the time. At the moment I'm using Elemis Visible Brilliance which is doing nothing!
I painted my nails last night and am wearing OPI Espresso Your Style - a dark coffee colour but has a shimmer to it.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

re serums, use Elizabeth Arden capsules at night (ceremide or some such name)they cost about £60 a pack instore(no I never ever bought instore)I had a make over so you get a freebie thing a couple of years ago and they used them on me then I bought at 1 of the online stores at a 1/3rd of the price.
You just break open a capsule and smooth over your skin at night and it sinks in and skin feels great in the morning.I have very dry skin which feels tight after washing and find they really suit me,they give just enough for 1 application so no waste and handy to take a few away for holidays/weekends away.0 -

Ponds used to do amazing capsules....I found some of my mother's old ones recently and they still worked, but stank!I haven't seen Ponds for ages...are they still in existence?

Over the weekend I managed to use up:
1 bubble bath bar from Lush grab bag last year, and it was a Hallowen one so over 15 months old, full of bits and not very nice. I really need to use up the oldest of lush stuff I have before I move onto the 2 OH got me for Birthday and Christmas (I don't actually have much bath stuff left, and so this could be one of my first things to run out  WIBA: Not this one no, my OH does buy me a couple for birthday and Christmas and knows not to buy ones with too many bits in!
Bottle of Space NK perfume my brother bought me for my birthday 15 months ago. WIBA: I did like it and would use it if I got it as a present but not enough to buy myself.
Otherwise just plodding on through, went to town on Saturday and came out of Boots empty handed :AInitial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

I think I might join PYNM. It will be chipped tomorrow morning but, never mind! I need to put hardener on them anyway, maybe the hardener will be protected by the varnish for a little while? I'm going neutral I think: I rarely hve the patience to french polish (especially when it all gets chipped at the next round of feeding the animals here) so might as well using up those pale and plain colours.0
