    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm leaving my rural hermitage today and heading into a city, with real big shops: I want some flat shoes. I will stay strong and not buy any toiletries unless I pop in to replace my Estee Lauder Night repair which IS almost gone (after a spillage disaster I noted early in the thread).

Only things I'm getting edgy about are conditioner (I use diferent ones for diferent reasons....since I started COing) and oil for OCM: I have only a third of a bottle of each left (but in reality thats months and months worth).

I will not be lured by anything other than the night repair, and might even not replace that ATM: and wait till the bottle is actually empty!

I know Fresian is also undertaking the frugal living challenge- Im really getting back into the swing of this moneysaving so BRONNIE and anyone else if you feel like Im spending unnecesarily PLEASE gfor GODS SAKE get out the virtual cattle prod and get me TOLD!
    Keeping with the frugal theme...

I need new mascara. I'm currently using the Max Factor False Lash one, which is brilliant, but quite expensive, especially given that I'm over my toiletries budget for the month thanks to my trip to Boots yesterday :o

I found the Grabbit thread about the Body Shop deal where you buy two bits of makeup and get mascara free!

Duly bought two small compact mirrors which will go into pampering hampers for people at Christmas - £4 spent, free mascara for me. Best bit is that it come off the Christmas budget :A

    Hi all

Just a quick question before I go back and read what I've missed - is this free listing day on eBay really good? How much is it normally e.g. if something starts at 99p with reserve? I am thinking of having a clear out of my toiletries but am not sure whether I will have time to do it tomorrow (but might do it if saves me a fortune in listing fees).

    Thanks xo

    Hi,

It was my Birthday yesterday so my Sister bought me 3 of the No7 illuminating liquids. ( 3 for 2 & £5 No7 voucher ;) ) It was the only thing i could think of that wouldn't add to my stash, i use this all the time so it's something i'll always need. I've also used up the last shampoo sachet.:j

as far as i know u won't save any money this way as u still pay the reserve fee and 99p listings aren't charged anyway.

HOWEVER if you started something at 3.99 with no reserve then it would be free to list.

    hope that makes sense.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:
