Afternoon Everyone :j
It's my birthday! :bdaycake::dance:
I opened my presents and i havent had any smellies so far but i had a No.7 compact which looks beautiful and another compact. I already have enough make-up (not quite as bad as my toiletries!) so if i dont get the chance to use them i might "recycle" them to other people. I dont like doing it but id rather someone else enjoy it
I've managed to use another pack of wipes, an exfoliator and a shampoo
Hope everyone is getting on ok!Saving my pennies for my wedding on 10th August 2013!:j

Following on from my essential bargains yesterday, I stopped myself from stocking up on the Loreal Derma Genesis face serum for only £4.00 today (it is usually about £16-£17) because (a) I already have some that is unopened and (b) if I stock up on too many toiletries now it will stop me from buying lovely new toiletries down the track when I run out (and I may have discovered another lovely new serum by the time that happens)!!
My logic now is that buying less toiletries to add to my stash now will mean I can buy lovely new exciting things later when I REALLY need them!I'm buying No More Toiletries, I'm Deluttering and I'm Losing Weight for 2010!0 -
GO YOU!
tara are you putting the money aside for the things that you "almost" buy?:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Bronnie and lynzpower - thanks both of you, you're right of course. I have calmed myself down and talked myself out of it! You have just saved me ££s! :T:T
Had the same 3 for 2 problem on the M&S website. (Not as good as 2 for 1) My advice:
KEEP AWAY FROM THE WEBSITE.(It's hard but can be done)I went away and now I'm back.:j:j0 -

Happy birthday Jewelleryfan. Cake looks delicious.
I'm doing ok. Still loads in my stash but I'll get there eventually. Feels strange not buying toiletries but thinking about all the money I've saved drives me on.:j:jI went away and now I'm back.:j:j0 -

Bought packet of Boots wipes for £1.50 using £5 off voucher (got from buying half-price clothes for friend's new baby). But didn't look at anything else in there, and I'm almost out of wipes.0
