    Hi, can anyone please tell me where the cheapest and the best place to get some brass/bronze chain? Im hoping to make some steampunk inspired stuff but can find a chain that I like. Ive tried to find the ebay seller Sanctuary beads that someone mentioned a while back but I dont know how to fins a specific seller. thanks

    just to let you know I managed to find sanctuary and have ordered loads of chain, clasps and jump rings. That should keep me busy for a while lol.

    I've made some more bracelets today Kids were really good for me & let me work, one of them is a deign I've been wanting to make for ages now so I'm really happy I managed to get it done, its called 'Jackpot' :D Its on here http://craftyjuju.blogspot.com/ with all the other charm bracelets & earrings I've made.

    I've shopped with Sanctuary before, I found them to be very good, I think I've been back a couple of times!! lol :D

    The first bit of proper jewellery I have made in ages, it was originally a necklace from the charity shop - £1.30, I have remade it into this as the chain and beads were all sticky and yucky. I snipped all the beads off and washed them thouroughly and threw out the old chain, I added my own wrapped loops and new chain and came up with this:
