Just regualar seed beeds, you will need lots of them and for most of the forming part, I think it was around 28 guage wire, you need something thin enough to go through the beads, that can be manipulated, and doesnt form either a flimsy stem or one too thick0

You buy the bookmark, mini are mini bookmarks, there are also some engraved ones which are slightly more expensive but look lovely, Im going to get some of these next time.
Then to do the Hello Kitty bookmark I attached a small section of chain to the bookmark using a jump ring. I then threaded each bead with a headpin and curled it at the end ot make a loop. I attached the beads to the chain at the samllest intervals possible (to make it nice and bulky) and then attached the charm on the last link of the chain usinga jump ring also. It is the same technique as making a bag charm except you attach to a bookmark instead of a bag charm clasp.
For the dolls dress bookmark I used an eyelet (i think thats the word? its basically a headpin with a loop already on one end) and attached the charm to this ready made loop. I then threaded on 3 beads and finished off wrapping the wire to form a loop. I then attached this loop to the ready made loop on another eyelet and threaded three more (smallser) beads onto this and wrapped the wire again to form a loop. Finally I attached to the bookmark using a jumpring!
I hope I have explained that ok, I think I may have made it sound mroe complicated than it actually is!0 -
