I dont know what I'd do without you tube. Today I had to put my daughters hair in a bun for her highland dancing display. Her hair is so thick and heavy, I had to use a donut. Thank god for you tube, I would of had no idea how to do it.

There's loads if fimo ideas on it.

Well Im back from a few days away near chester and came back to lots of lovely parcels with most of my jewellery buys in hehe Had a little play tonight whilsts watching BGT final and am really pleased with what I made. Going to blog it all tomorrow :D My only problem is I have bought lots of mismatching beads! I have spent what feels like a fortune but I do have a good supply of the findings and what not but dont seem to have many beads. Hopefully another of my items on ebay will sell soon then I can stock up on lots of beads.

If you planning to make mem wire bracelets you could maybe buy some seed beads that match all your beads ( White, pearlesent etc) that way you use less of your big beads and it will still look good. You need so many for mem wire. I use the long seed beads to fill spaces.

Sorry I haven't been here for ages, my computer broke :( so someone is currently ripping the salvagable bits out of my old one to make a new one.

Anyway, a quick word about sculpey... I've used it in the past and actually prefer it to fimo. I tend to find it stays soft for longer if it isn't used for a while, and it's easier to sculpt, but that's just my opinion. Also, remember that if you buy from abroad you may get charged customs on anything over £16 (I believe it's £16, but don't quote me). From experience there's nothing more annoying than having to pay a £12 admin fee for a £3 customs charge...
    Finally bought a home
    Starting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]
    Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.47

    Hi all,
I have been a 'lurker' on here for a while now - just waiting for the right time to butt in! Anyway I too am looking at ways to sell the jewellery I have made and have been eagerly following all your tips and advice - I have set up a Folsky account and am trying to pluck up the courage to start listing on there - but I am curious about Facebook - how are people setting these up? Are they just like a 'normal' facebook page where you add friends?
I think this thread is FAB! it is so good to see all the different things that people are making - I have found it a real inspiration - and the best part is how helpful everyone is!
    Thanks in advance!

yeah I think you are right! I need to buy some basic beads which can be used to fill up bracelets between the bigger beads. Now just to find the money to buy them hahaha
