    Please sign me up too. I've got about 5st to lose and breaking it down in smaller chunks seems much more do able. I'll post my starting weight on the 4th January as I don't own a set of scales (probably why I have 5st to lose)

    Hey dragon can I join but for 4.5 lb please ... I don't want to rush things at all and just want to loose 1lb a week so I figure 4.5 a month should work out at 54 in a year ... This way it will take me nearly three years to get to my proper weight ... But then it did take me years to put it all on ... Will weigh myself soon and let you know .... Thanks dragon

    Elantan - the 7 pounds is a guide amount - if you feel happier going for 3 pounds because you feel that is what you can achieve then have at it!

    Please can I re-join? I used to follow you guys, then I went off and had a baby! I'd like to lose 3 stone (although I'm only 1 stone heavier than before I was pregnant) so 7lb in January is a good place to start.

    I look forward to supporting each other (once the Christmas choccies are out of the way).

    Dragon, yes I'm at uni, and I'm studying English and Film, so I have boks and a netbook to carry everyday

    Dragon please can I join in. I would like to lose 5 stones this year.

    I was with you all for a couple of months last year but lost my way. I did however lose one and a half stone so not all was lost.

    All leftovers have now gone in the freezer, chocolates have been given away. Today is my last day of Festive Feasting.
