For instance....as beautiful as Louises 'Lady of the Lake' is I couldn't see myself ever stitching something like that. I like designs that have lots of small things to stitch that make one big thing.....do I make sense? :o :rotfl:

I know exactly what you mean, I like lots of smaller things as well :rotfl:

It's not usually my type of thing either, it was flipping hard going at times and not something I would ever do again...but I do love it :D

Awwww bubbles, that is fantastic about the magazine!!!! Your story was so moving and well written I can't say I'm surprised they want to print it. If you aren't comfortable putting your picture in then I'm sure they will understand. Though I'm certain you are not 'minging' with OR without your make up Hun xxx

Please make sure you let us all know what issue it goes into, perhaps you could autograph copies for us all :)

Louise, love the house it looks brilliant! I'd struggle to fill all the windows lol, there is only me, DH, DS and 1 goldfish lol.

Shelly, the shelves are looking great, I can't wait to see it finished.

OK no updates from me, i've been slacking again. I tried to sew a fathers day card for DH but I even managed to lose motivation with that. I've ended up buying one (not very MSE I know!) you all have permission to shout LOL
:xmastree:What a splendid idea, this Christmas sounds fun. I fully endorse it, let's try it at once!:xmastree:
