Thanks to Ali for the chart! I really loved stitching the cream flowers but the gingham was a boggly-eyed nightmare! I didnt quite put the backstitch where it said sometimes! I didnt use the recomended DMC but some random threads i had from the 99p store.
For those pedants amongst us, of which i am one (!), the 5 mistakes on the chart were all to do with the leaves on 3 of the flowers in the cream.
it was really nice to stitch and a friend now wants a copy of the chart who hasnt done any XStitch in ages, so that's a good thing too.
It's so pretty, lovely colours - no wonder you enjoyed stitching it.

Love the patchwork heart and a fab way to use up colours too!
Anyone tell me how to do pictures from photobucket? - it gives you loads of different codes and I can't remember which one works on MSE! M-i-l's flowers are framed and ready for her birthday next week and Dd's faires are being framed as I write.
Am torn between housework, schoolwork and stitching this afternoon - am going to do half an hour of each then have a seriously big drink (non-alcoholic - cannot stitch under the influence!)Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly
Emergency fund £1000/£1000
Savings for big things £90170 -

Hi everyone, please can I join your cross stitch challenge. I've got several UFOs that need doing and haven't had the motivation lately with one thing and another. But now I've got my housework/looking after baby routine down to a fine art so can afford some me time in the evening.
My main UFO is a 3 section picture of the mountains on the Isle of Skye, I only have one 5''x7'' picture left to do and then I can use it to spur DH to finish the kitchen which is where it is going to hang. I've also got a Winnie the Pooh birth sampler that my mum got me for xmas which I'd like to finish.TOTAL DEBT £12,212.46/£2000 paid offDebt Free Goal September 2017#106 Emergency Fund £482.53/£10000 -

Just to mention that they have several (16!) free charts that you can download. Quite a few are big, detailed projects that are easily worth £6+ each. There's a great one of Vin Diesel. I'm not really a fan of his, but he looks very yummy in the pic!Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

I *think* it's free postage but they have a minimum order of £7.95
You could try calling them tomorrow, though. I went to the craft barn a few months ago and it was heaven!Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27
