    dizzytina - thats brilliant :T

On the subject of cushions..........any ideas ?
I found in a cupboard upstairs an old t-shirt of my sons from when he was at art college. He'd painted a weird figure on it...........I have told him about it but he can't remember. Well, the t-shirts too tipped to make a complete cushion out of but I can't throw it out..........Not sure quite what I can do with it...........;)
Did think about putting it on a board to hang on his wall but he's already said he doesn't want anything else to hang up this year. Needs to be postable too which doesn't help.................ho hum..........;)

Not done anything today except one more page of my scrapbook........met friend for lunch as it was her birthday and had a quick look in newly revamped charity shop..........could have got a jacket/cardigan and skirt and made a nice outfit but don't wear half the stuff I've got so kept my gloves on, hands in pocket............very good I was.......................lol

Great cushion dizzy. Love the heart!

Mary - could you buy a new plain t-shirt in a coordinating colour and sew the printed part onto that one.

I`m not hiding everyone, I`m here, found a bead shop not half a mile from my house, so been there 3 times this week

I really shouldnt spend but had a payout from quidco and blew it , so it was neutral and I`ve bought bits to make friends presents. Thank you for all your kind words about my jeweelery things

peppot the bag things were hard for me but as they were going on it was getting easier. And I can wait to make some more, I seen them in the bead shop for £7 and they cost me less than a £1

helsieboo - well done on clearing that debt, and knitting s no bad thing

mary op - [STRIKE]l[/STRIKE] kick up the bum for button bracelet but i know how time consuming scrapbooking is, but worth it

katsu - thanks for the instructions, they great

dizzytina - I love the cushions were they hard to do? Did you use a machine

Quiksave - I love that cow pack, made me chuckle that did, great ideas

And after my enormus post I`m off for a cuppa

Have a good easter everyone and not too much chocolate xxxx:EasterBun

Just did a reply and it didn't come up:mad:

susan - managed to get another two pages done of my scrapbook. Think the time seems to be taken up with me deciding which photos to use-plus drooling over paper and deciding on that..............lol

pepop - sons t-shirt really isn't in good enough condition to put onto another one..........think sewing it onto a cushion cover is the only answer I can think of.

qwiksave................love the chicken..:T...........must have a go at that next year

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments about my cushion.:D

Susan42 it was so easy to do. i just cut a fleece from poundland in half. then folded it inside out and sewed three sides on my machine. Then i turned it back the right way and sewed three felt hearts on by hand using an applique template from www.weefolkart.com. I cut the letters out of felt and stitched those on. Then i inserted a cushion inner and stitched the top up. the blanket stich on the top of the cushion was already on the edge of the fleece when i bought it.

It only took about 3-4 hours in total but i did it over a few weeks as i dont usually get 4 hours of free time all at once!:rotfl:
