That's a lovely card qwiksave, I'm going to try and get my library to order me a copy of the book in, and if it looks as if I'd use it a lot then I'll go to Waterstones with vouchers in hand.
To those who are given much, much is expected

On a seperate note, is there a thread about craft events in england? I can see one for northern ireland (if thats what NI means?). Or does anyone know of any helpful websites to track down these kind of events? I imagine they are immensely helpful for ideas and supplies.

I would love to know this too. I usually do the Alexandra Palace one twice yearly but have decided to go just April this year and try a different show for either fabrics or beads or just anything if I can find one. Don't know what I'm looking for though.

qwiksave the card is brilliant - have stuck the book on my wishlist - b'day at the end of the month and have been directing people that ask to the books on my list :o;)

Hey guys! If anyone makes any projects that have been featured on my blog, I would love it if you would submit a picture for me to showcase on the 26th February (last friday in the month). :) More info HERE.

I might have to treat myself to a Martha! But for now, I have many, many wedding invites to make :D so no crafting apart from that for a while!!!

I love this shop! Have bought many a gift from there, have you seen the tiny bears the Russian lady makes? They are so cute. For those not familiar with this shop, it is staffed by people who belong to a knitting cuircle, and they run free knitting classes in the pub opposite once a week.QUOTE]

Sams - No I haven't seen the bears but if my back isn't too bad tomorrow we might go in to Henley and have a look. You've given me the excuse I need! :j:j:j

(Now why do I always use these jumping smilies? I couldn't jump like that without making my back much worse!!) We also love Asquiths, the bear shop. My husband is a bear addict and we always go for a drool!

Qwiksave - Love the card and love your blog!
