Just got my order today after my account said "partially despatched" but although I have only received half of what I ordered I don't think I will be getting any more of it as they have only charged me half the amount it should of been.0

well apparently my order has been delivered to the shop below my flat - but I couldn't collect it cause it was closed. On the website every item has courier dispatched next to it but.... My order was for £80 and I paid £50 in vouchers and £30 in cash, but they took only £10.59 and then refunded me £9.39!!!!! I have no idea what I will receive and I am quite annoyed at the lack of contact regarding what I'm getting. Yes its busy at sale time but surely that's not a surprise.. Hmmm times0

Well, I'm thoroughly confused...
Ordered various things on Boxing Day, totalling £50.92.
Phoned yesterday as I had a dispatch email on New Year's Day but nothing had arrived and more ominously my card hadn't been charged.
They said that they had messed up - that my order had been 'lost' in the system and so someone had manually re-entered it on the 31st, but by them some things were out of stock.
They said they sent a few bits on Wednesday totalling £18.72. I said well that sucks as those weren't the bits I most wanted. The guys said that as an apology they would refund the money and I could keep the stuff when it comes. :money:
So, bit peeved I didn't get what I wanted, but hey, good customer service gesture in giving me my order for free.
But, I got home last night to the dispatch receipt they send to your billing address (order is coming to work), and it listed more stuff than he said had been available, order total £39.95.
So, now I'm not quite sure (a) what's on it's way, (b) how much they've charged my card or (c) how much I'm getting refunded. :rotfl:0 -
well it turns out that the best thing I got in the sale was the cardboard box everything came in, my kittens been playing in and with it for hours! Hee hee0

obviously lots of problems for Lakeland, I ordered in the first couple of days of the sale and one item went out of stock before I had got to checkout! DD deperately wanted said item so I phoned round and found a store with it in stock who reserved it for me and I did a 2 hour round trip to buy it - things you do for your kiddies eh?
Whilst in the store I admired the other sale items I had ordered 2 days previously that were still in stock and guess what - half of them have not arrived. Got a partial dispatch email and then 'not available' on the delivery note.
Phoned their CS dept who it has to be said are lovely, they are trying to loacte the items in store for me but i doubt they will find them.
Just frustrating that I went to a store 2 days after placing an online order, looked at all the lovely goodies that apparently were on the way only to be very, very disappointed.0 -
My order came last week, the man delivering did mention he would have came the day before but snow stopped him getting out. Im disappointed my merry Christmas tags were out of stock at they were the things i wanted the most, and as i was expecting them i stopped my self buying alternatives in hobby crafts sale
i do wish lakeland hadnt stopped doing most of the craft items, that was the best bit.
