i ordered on boxing day, got the partial dispatch message, and then when parcel came, it said the gorgeous reindeer cake stand was out of stock. boo hoo......it was showing in stock when ordered

My order finally arrived this morning fortunately with the most important items

silver snowflake and swirls tissue paper
christmas tree and bauble window stickers
did have a laugh though, clearly didn't read dimensions of snowflake cutter for biscuits, it's the size of a dinner plate, roll on the hungary ones next year...lol

Just received an email from Lakelands customer serivces. Whilst they have totally sold out of the Berry Wreaths they have managed to obtain the Porto Slippers and are sending them with their compliments. Wow I'm so chuffed. Many thanks to previous posters who'd advised on this as I probably wouldn't have bothered otherwise. Can't wait for them to arrive, tho sorry for those who haven't got them.0
