Yep me! I ordered late on Boxing Day. I only live about 25 miles from Windermere - would've been quicker to go in person!

Yes I ordered Boxing Day and my stuff will come in two parcels - this Wednesday and 20th January. Good job it isnt urgent stuff needed!

I ordered on Christmas Eve and have still not received mine :-( According to their website its despatched. Will give them a bell in a couple of days if it has not turned up by then.

I also ordered on Christmas Eve not recieved but been dispatched but a bit peeved as my wreath cake tin whicg was showing as in stock is out of stock!!!! darn i wanted that as well.

I ordered late on the 27th and my order is still showing as a new order when i sign in. I cant find anywhere where it mentions is been packed/ dispached or anything. I added a few items to bump my order up to £50 for free delivery. But Yesterday received my dispatch notice from them (how come they send them separately and why no details on when the actual parcle will be ready/ arrive) 3 of the items i really wanted - led tlights, carrierbag holder and the pack of 120 chrismas tags are out of stock- they need a better website system.

This is my first order online from lakeland, but have been poping in the stored for years, i remember on trips to York when i was little (and when i was a little older Edingburh), mam would drag me around this pokey shop (before it moved) with all wonderful and weird gadgets and gizmos. We eventually got a shop localy (Newcastle), and i just wish i'd had time to pop in store rather than bothered with the website, i doubght i will use it again, too much bother imo.

So does this mean they will actually dispatch the jellybeans in the future? My order status is partially dispatched, but all the items are marked as new order. i'm not even sure what I'm going to get!

I got the same email. When the parcel arrived, on my invoice it said that the missing items weren't available. When I spoke to customer services, she said that I wouldn't be getting them. I assume yours will be the same - sorry.

I ordered on Christmas Eve and had an email the other day saying "some of the items" have been dispatched, but I've just checked now on their website and it says all items are at my local depot - yippee!
