I was in the Solihull store today didnt see any Im afraid.
I was really happy to see a set of the retro cake tins the round ones - missed them online and spotted one on a trolly so grabbed them:D
Still a fair few sale items left at Solihull but no jelly beans - did look as know a lot of people missed out on those.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Thanks, just done online order inc cup and plate for santa's snack next year, few small pressies and christmas decorations. Tried delivery code FRP09 but didn't work unfortunately0

I ordered 12 items and only 8 were delivered, not the ones I realy wanted. I feel that lakeland has let itself down big time with this glitch. I would have thought that a modern computer system could have coped with sales and in stock items.
Great company but I am DISAPPOINTED0 -
I have had two out of my three orders so far and there was only one item that was out of stock - unfortunately there are VERY few companies who can update their stock in real time. Debenhams springs to mind BEFORE Chistmas when I ordered a hamper to be told later that day that they had no stock (but they offered me free delivery on something else ) and their sales order that they could not fulfill.
Unfortunately becuase it is the sales and the websites are busy this will happen.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
I've never had a problem (thus far) with Lakeland in all the years i have used their company. I placed an order on Christmas Day evening and it arrived, well packaged and completely as it should be, yesterday.
I used a free delivery code and got some great bargains to give as gifts next Christmas.Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

I have been a customer of lakelands ever since they started up, selling bags they made from a roll. I used to visit them to buy these bags, when they were in their very first old building and I think that was about 38 years ago
I have a lakeland home, with the vast number of items that I have bought from them and yes their customer service is wonderful. This `sale` however was far far below their usual standard and I feel that they have let a lot of us customers down0 -
I posted this on the Lakeland jelly bean thread.
Disappointed that I don't think i'll be getting any jelly beans, but their customer service couldn't have been (or should that be bean) any fairer to me.

I have just received a response to my email.
They said they have refunded me in full and that when I receive the partial order items, I am to keep them with the compliments of Lakeland.0 -
Can't fault their customer service. I replied to my jelly bean cancellation expressing my disappointment and suspected glitch cancellation a few days ago. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from a lovely Lakeland lady today who said they will send me some complimentary packs when they have them by way of an apology. I actually felt guilty for complaining! Hats off to them though for this excellent customer service.July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0

My order arrived today. It was also minus the porto slippers which I was looking forward to trying and minus the christmas wreath though it is only written on the order form in pencil that it is not available. I'll drop Lakeland a line as it doesn't show a price deduction for it on the invoice.0

A little concerned that when you click on some items on the order it takes you to an entirely different product from that listed & purchased.
Me too! Especially when I click on the porto slippers - I get a Personal Sipper Bottle!!!
Ah well, I'll take it with a pinch of salt. Half the fun of ordering in online sales is seeing what actually turns up - unless of course it's the fillers and none of the good stuff! :rotfl:"No matter how little money and how few possesions you own, having a dog makes you rich." - Louis Sabin0
