Well last day of the 50 day challenge today so here's what happened:

1. Get all my Xmas shopping done by 1st Dec so I can enjoy all the social stuff in December with the money in that budget/time to spare I will have. (I usually near enough do this as I hate having to go into other peoples mental shops in December on my days off from my own mental shop but need to be sure it's ALL done) May have to do my bros in Dec but that's another story. ALL DONE BY 1ST DEC :j:j:j
2. Cook/Bake more fab stuff from my cookbooks for myself and friends and get out of food rut. DONE A GOOD BIT OF THIS :j
3. Decide whether to gym or swim and do one of them three times a week. (This is going to be a real challenge as I love my sofa but need to shift myself) SWAM ONCE, LAZY !!!!! :eek:
4. Establish a Glasgow branch of the matrix and meet them at least twice in the time limit (Any takers?) NOT MANAGED THIS WITH EVERYTHING ELSE GOING ON
5. Do something for my business every day. NOT EVERY DAY BUT DONE BITS TO MY WEBSITE ETC AND DONE MY FIRST PERSONAL SHOP :j

So not terrible all round. Watching Miranda which I love now.

Got just under 30 quid left in the bank til Thursday which I don't intend to touch as it's meant for January (apart from maybe for a bevvy on Wednesday :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) and £4.20 in my purse and £2.37 of my grocery money left too. Going out for coffee tomorrow with a friend but not much on apart from that so will potter and do some cleaning and maybe make some soup. Also got How to Eat out of the library and Peter Kay's Saturday night Peter so can entertain myself with those. Should have enough food to do til Xmas eve then going down to mums til Boxing Day and that's me back into it workwise. Still haven't decided whether to do the evil South Beach diet in jan for sure but need to do something :rotfl:

Been viewing flats today but not seen anything as nice as what I have so am going to stay put. Will speak to my landlord re a few bits like a freezer to see if they happen to know of one kicking about but other than that it's lovely so no worries. Some people live in a right guddle!!!!

Need to think about my challenges for Jan still but got a few ideas around food, money and my business.

I'll reveal all soon. X

Hi all, having a productive day off so far:

• Pan of soup on and will be ready for lunch
• Bin emptied and steeping in pleasant smelling stuff just now.
• Dishes done
• Bed stripped and washed

So need to:

• Take recycling and bin out
• Iron new bedding and put it on

Then I think I will have a shower and may venture into town after lunch (and Loose Women) if my friend is free for coffee.

Am busy making various plans which I think I will declare on my new diary. I'm going to start this on 23rd Dec, a year after I started the last one. Any suggestions on a title. I had thought of 'Souk stays on the straight and narrow', or 'I love you, but I love me more' but suggestions are welcome!
