    Just had an unexpected R&R.
All the ones I went looking for were no good ( none of the TMF ecover in my store) so thought I would treat myself to some clother in the sale.
Garment was on Sale rail, and had price/bar code tag, with price crossed out in red, and reduced price written by hand - just like all other sale stock. Only a couple of £'s reduction, and was actually hoping it would scan much lower, as I've had e-mails from Tesco advertising up to 75% reductions.....but scanned at full price !:T
For once cs ( new one I've never seen) gave me a full refund without saying a word. Even got a smile !!!! oh I do feel faint....

Sorry to ramble, point is, should be worthwhile to check out for 'human' errors on markdowns, as opposed to usual practice of checking out SEL and price stickers

Yesterday at Brent Cross, the Sandi Thom CD was stickered differently on two different shelves, £7.97 and £9.77 but scanned at the higher price. SEL removed but r and r given no problem.
