Don't think I'd be putting the blame on Morrisons, they only sell the stuff. Complain to the people who bottle/tin it.0

You picked up a can and thought it was full when it was empty?
The weight should have told you. If you hadn't pulled the ring pull I bet there are collectors would have paid plenty poppy for it.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

It is probably split, damaged by forklift truck somewhere along the line. It happens all the time. Take it back, with the rest and they will replace them for a full set. Probably will not get anything. Other option is just send a letter to head office in Bradford and they will probably send you a £5 voucher. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550

Try writing to the brewers/packers of Stella!!Francesanne wrote: »Don't think I'd be putting the blame on Morrisons, they only sell the stuff. Complain to the people who bottle/tin it.
The contract is between the buyer and the retailer - it has nothing at all to do with the manufacturer.0 -
I bought a can of sweetcorn in Morrisons that had ..........maggots....in it !! They said it was a corn borer ... I got a £5 voucher. Strange thing is that they sent me a letter saying they were glad I had also received a replacement instore....I did not...therefore somebody else must have had some too !! Ewwwww ! I would write an email to Stella personallyI have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes0

I would contact the people at Morrisons and just ask them to replace the pack you bought and leave it at that.
You could try telling them that if you wanted cans of alcohol free lager you'd have bought KaliberIf At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -
Thanks to all the grown ups for your reasonable replies - took it back to Mogs and got a 4 pack of Stella in exchange, which I view as good practice by them
PS To all the WUMs who posted - you honestly need to get a life - I'm not an unreasonable person and I wasnt expecting to retire on the proceeds of returning an empty beer can to Mogs, nor to gain any major advantage out of it.
Perhaps using the word "Compensation" triggered hideous thoughts in your tiny minds, I dunno but seriously, this is supposed to be a consumer website where , amongst other things, we can exchange useful ideas/experiences of buying and selling0 -
Your attempted criticism of the OP has lead to epic failure. He clearly stated it was a 24-can multipack, so he couldn't possibly have known one can was empty by the weight until after he bought it. In addition, he specifically said the ring pull was still intact and made no reference to having pulled it.
100% failure.
OH! dear how sad never mind. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett
