Another nauseaous good morning to all, :D

MSD - glad to see you back! Hope all goes well with the dentist.
Bless you Tru for helping your friends. Very Christmas spirited :A
    LegalBlonde - welcome

Can't face tea or coffee this morning so am sipping water at my desk. Who knew I'd be grinning to myself because I feel a bit sick - I'm sure it makes me a bit of a weirdo :rotfl:

DH insisted on cooking yesterday - he makes the best omelettes anyway - so I was able to have a little sleep when I got home. Once I was up I helped my Mum string up the little stockings that we'd knitted over the fireplace in the front room. If I knew how, I'd post a pic :o they look very effective though.

Not masses of OS happening at my end atm as we're preparing for Christmas. Will cook something simple for tea tonight, probably sausage and mash with lots of green veg.

Today is my last day at work, so I will spend most of tomorrow prepping veg with my Mum and chatting to my niece while she's over. Having a takeaway of some sort tomorrow night as I daren't be in the way in the kitchen (apparently 29 isn't too old to be told off :p) so that will be nice for a change.

Hopefully I'll find time to post from home tomorrow, but just in case I don't, #may your days be merry and bright#, have a lovely Christmas everyone, festive hugs all round xx :xmassign:

    Morning all.

Not as cold here today its rained overnight, so no frost today. OH went off to work today for his last day :T.

I have the wm on, probably for the last time bofore xmas, I dont like washing hanging qround on xmas day. Today apart from taking the dog out i am not venturing out at all. I need to have a good clean through and get dd to give her bedroom a good going over, bathroom needs cleaning too.

I am also going to make sausage rolls, and veggie sausage rolls, and prepare the cauli and brocoli cheese, the other veg I will do tomorrow. I got my turkey crown out of the freezer last night, so thats defrosting in the conservatory at the moment. I need to find my slow cooker in amongst the boxes to cook it in

Thr rest of today will involve a lot of phone calls to start letting people know we are moving its just hit me, there is such a lot to do

    have good days all xx

    I've been Money Tipped!

    Hello all!

Not been on here for a long while! We had all the excitement of our sons wedding on Saturday! It was wonderful, service at church followed by reception in a castle! The castle was beautifully decorated for Christmas and each room (we were all staying there) was beautifully furnished - ours had a huge luxury bathroom in the wardrobe!!!! Like Narnia. Specially magic moment was when we walked into the function room and it was all lit up with candlelight, twinkling fairy lights on 2 Christmas trees :xmastree::xmastree:in the windows and thick white flakes of snow were falling outside. I will try to get a photo on here later.

We got back late on sunday after a nightmare and very scary journey back in the car! Drove through blizzards:eek: and when it was my turn! After a couple of days resting and recovering have now realised it is Christmas in 2 days time! We had most of the shopping done before we left but still have the fresh bits to get, cream, milk, cheeses etc., really don't have the energy but will have to try. None of the baking is done (no need to worry about the cake though as we have plenty of wedding cake now;))

So I have come back for some inspiration from you lovely peeps! Hope you are all well as can be and are about to enjoy a super Christmas!

    ((hugs))

    Catz x

    Diva - glad you're back!:j

PP - hope you and your family enjoy your time away x

(((hugs))) to those in need of them.

off to work again soon, calling in to see my friend Janet on the way. She's still very poorly after her cancer op and has now got another infection.
Am finishing work early at 5 to go to my last SW before christmas - hope not to have put on this week as I most definitely will next week:D
OSiness - washing nearly ready to hang, house tidyish.Nothing else will get done.Food shopping done.

Poor DH is exhausted ATM, the milkround is just so busy, poor chap only had 2 and a half hours sleep last night - lots of christmas goodies still to deliver.

Hope you all manage to get your last minute jobs done so you can relax on the big day.

    take care all x
    Do what you love :happyhear
