Thats what I kept saying to OH, that Seth didnt have a temp so it couldnt be a chest infection!! What is it they say about mothers instincts knowing when theres something wrong with the baby?! Totally bypassed me :rotfl:
How long did it take for Dylan to shake off the cough after his course of steroids? I think I need to take Seth back on Tuesday, I really dont think they did anything for him, except keep him awake at night anyway!! :(

Waaaaaah I'm worried about one of my cats. The last 2 days it's been drinking more water than usual (from none usually to a few times a day) WHAT IF SHE IS ILL!! I don't want to be OTT and rush her to the vets to find out nothing is wrong and leave with my pocket lighter.

Do you think the smoked salmon and prawns I have been giving them has made her thirsty? Think she peed in the box this morning.

Dylans sick so often with his reflux, so the cough just made me think he had a bit of a cold !! Wasnt till he was breathing funny that I knew there was something up, but by then he had it pretty bad and had to stay in overnight :(
He still has a bit of a cough now, but probably took about 4 or 5 days after the steroids for it to be noticibly better.

Sami, I've just been looking at your pics.. yay for our boys matching presents! :D (the highchair toy, crawl ball and activity cube)
I'll be looking at what Rhys gets for his birthday for inspiration next year ;)

We're supposed to be going to OH's cousins wedding at 7, I really want to go for a boogie in my nice new dress but all my brain is telling me to stay at home, I need to shower/defuzz as does hubby and get all of us dressed.
It's in a marquee attatched to the hotel, I've been in it for a christmas do before at it's pretty cold. Ed still throwing up around 3 times a day in varying ammounts and OH is being his usual creating mess then complaing about it being messy then going to bed leaving me to sort it all and complaining we never go to bed together!:mad: I feel really tired and emotional! humpf!

sorry those that mentioned me but I've forgotten what was said :o

Maz - I didn't express for about 2mths with Ed, I found it easier to just feed him myself I only started when he changed how often he fed and I was getting engorged. When I did express it was after his 11pm ish feed, I would do the boob he hadn't fed from first then try the other.
It's ok to have a wee drinky-poo when your BFing, IIRC they say if your ok to drive your ok to feed

ok while typing that I had to pause for a mass eviction of Eds tummy contents :( we're not going to the party and I just want to cry because my baby is ill and I don't kno why or how to fix it
His temp is a bit low (between 35.7 and 36.1 taken by my braun thermoscan) I found a piece of cotton thread in his nappy last night - am I worryig about nothing IYO or not enough?

I second MM, the best thing that can happen is you will be a paranoid mother and the worst would be that there is something wrong, but better to put your mind at ease Sami :) He has been being sick for soooo long now!

ETA: Shes lovely Beenie :) babies should not be born with nails!!

Thanks! Yep we're sticking with Amber as i have no alternatives :rotfl:

I have to admit to buying a dummy although i don't like them. But she just wants to suck all the time and pulls away from breast in favour of sucking her fist (i'm not keen on scratch mitt. She's not overly bothered about it though which i'm glad about. :o

Her cord came off today _pale_ i think it's ok though but looks a bit wet in her bellybutton?? Will keep a close eye on it though.
