Grrr the rain hasn't stopped! Also mobile phones bug me, been trying to get in touch with my brother for the past 2hrs and his phone is either switched off or no signal...either way Grrrr.

I am not doing very well in my sales shopping, nothing that I actually want is in the sale, and the very few things I have found are out of stock!!!!

Aww elle, sorry to hear poor rhys has that too. Hopefully he will recover quickly.

Oooh carla enjoy the bike ride...I take you have nicer weather than i've got today. It hasn't stopped raining all day!!

motm - Sounds like you two are really getting on well, and omg to moving in....I must have missed that somewhere along the way, that is fabulous news and I am very happy for you both:D

Poor Rhys, I hope he gets over it in the style of Dylan rather than Seth, as Seth is still rough with it, poor love!

My fairy dadmother added me on facebook _pale_ I accepted but am now wondering if I was right to! Plus he has some awful photos of me on there, eeeeeeeew. I added my stepmum as well anyway cos I like her, she isnt anywhere near as strange, the poor woman lol

Oh, and lush time for my washing machine to start playing silly boogers, apparantly it only wants to do cycle D, non colourfast cottons, not playing with me when I want to do handwash, so have shoved my sofa cushion in a bedsheet and hoping for the best!!

ETA : On sales, I went to Asda and got a few bits for Seth in the next size up for him - 2 pairs of really thick heavy jeans and 1 pair of combats, so they should last him well for when he is running/crawling around _pale_

Dylan still has a bad cough and is still being sick mucusy stuff, but he is eating and sleeping like normal and it isnt bothering him and is deemed no longer contagious or in danger, so in that sence he is over it, but not totally !!

MM/Em, have you been told anything about you being contagious? I know the littlies are, so does that mean we could be carrying it too and shouldn't see people? I'm supposed to be seeing one of my best friends tomorrow before she goes off on her round the world six month trip

Its only dangerous to babies and children under 2, after that their lungs are capable of dealing with it and would be no worse than a bad cold, but I would think we could still be carrying it ??

My doctor never said anything about contagiousness, I just thought it was something that developed from the cough I only took him to the docs cos I thought he might be getting a chest infection and I was worried I wouldnt be able to get him antibiotics over xmas! I cried on the way home from the docs cos I felt so guilty that he had been suffering and I'd been posting on here all day that I was proud for not taking him when OH kept telling me to

em, Dylan was sick for 3 days before I thought I better take him to the docs cuz he didnt have a temperature !!
