  • OMG Jillie, that sounds very traumatic for you, although I'm sure Kian wasn't too bothered! Glad that all is okay though.

Weezl- that seems an awfully long time between appointments, but I guess they don't actually do much at those in between MW apts anyway! Just more for Mum's reassuarance than anything really. Are you planning a home birth again? If so will you have someone come in to look after Fergie?

Jillie – poor Kian! It doesn’t sound like it’s done any lasting damage. I bet it was much worse for you than it was for him – like most things.
Fitzio – I was just watching GMTV and wondering if anyone from here was famous.
Hi Weezl – I remember feeling no one cared when I was pregnant with No.2 and 3. Even towards the end of my pregnancy with V the midwife didn’t want to see me weekly, she just said pop in if I need/want to. I think the assume that as you’ve done it before you’re an expert!
((Hugs)) for babies with jabs today – again, it’s worse for the mummy than the baby.
Thanks to Mel reminding me, we’re booked into have our Gymbabes trial next Thursday. It’s about 5 minutes walk from me and I didn’t even know it was there! :o
I’m planning on starting on my huge pile of ebay stuff this morning. If you see me back here before lunch time can someone kick me up the backside please.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Jillie how scary - hope you're all ok after the scare!

I've just managed at the very last second to rescue my lovely reusable Bum Genius nappies from the tender ministrations of Husband. He called and offhand said he was bleaching them - apparently bleach causes them to lose their waterproofing

Now I'm busily getting stuff done and will be boogering off home in an hour and a bit.

I was more scared that the bleeding wasnt stopping more than anything!
DH is the same though, takes him ages to stop bleeding. So he must have passed that onto Kian.

should have gone to mums/toddler group this morning but Kian has decided he wants a sleep instead. Not surprised though as instead of being tucked up in bed last night mummy and daddy were keeping him awake!

jillie - poor kian! and u & DH!
I have caught J a couple of times but I pop it in my mouth & it seems to stop. for this reason I tend to bite them instead.

glad so many can make the 2nd - we could say 11am for a wander round and then 12pm @ Nando's cos don't think it opens before then.

MDW - we could always meet in April as well ;)

my baby is hysterical & no amount of cuddles will calm him down, don't know whats up with him!

he ended up in our bed at some point but I dont remember picking him up! and went 9pm til 7am bottle wise but was awake a few times. I want my sleepy baby back!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Talking about teething... Caitlyn has been really clingy today, fed all day and not wanted to be put down which is not at all like her... I can see the White lumps in her gums where the top ones are working down... And then tonight Aimee came downstairs to tell me she'd got a new tooth!! Back molar, has come through with no fuss at all!!!
is that Aimee's last baby/milk tooth? is that a sign of how long it'll take Chris's last 2 to arrive :p

10 second rule in this house, but don't tell the boys as it usually ends up on BIL's plate :shhh::think:...

I'm sure I used up all my quotes so where'd the 3rd go? anyway, hello :D

Weezl - I can point you in the direction of a fab breech home birth video if your interested? not sure if you're avoiding vids, its focused purely on the baby coming out and no screaming or trauma x
