My baby always slept ten hrs from about 6 wks old. I wake up before he does because his breathing changes slightly as he is coming round and wakes me up.
Even when he is sound asleep i still wake up to check him.
I can't imagine being able to sleep through a hungry baby crying, next doors wakes me up more than my own does!0 -

Well, it's just my mum now but yes, and two of us actually stayed with my mum for two weeks (my younger sister only lives the other side of town) so the babies got to share baths
Not much chance for me unless sis is super fast getting her DP down the aise then her up the duff and I get my 3rd baby
I don't envy your mum though, I bet she was super stressed with all her girls pg together!searching_me wrote: »no just drawn out the pattern but its my own made one from pictures that are not cross stitch so had to convert them and then i went wrong 4 times and zoe kept bugging me so took forever x0 -

At first as soon as he stirred i'd feed him and he was on 2 feeds a night but his sleep pattern does mean he has a wee fidget every 3-4 hrs or so. I just watch him til he settles, he never actually wakes up. He purses his lips and yawns and thats him0 -

ooh what fun! I'm quite jealous that you'll all have a special bond having been pg all together and your children all being able to play together

ahh I thought you were some kind of stithing deamon then! :rotfl:
It would be better if we didn't all live so far apart but it is nice. Mum was totally in her element, she loved having all the babies there and with everyone around there was always someone to look after the babies while we got on with other things. Going out was good too as it's nice not to be the only one who needs time to nappy change and feed. Communal feeding was also good - so nice to chat to someone while feeding! My older sisters girl was lovely, only 7 weeks older than Erin but so much bigger and loads more smiles, it's amazing the difference. Missing it all now.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

I really didn't think it was that unusual
He goes down between 8-9pm and thats him til about 6ish.
The last 2 days hes been up early about 4or 5 think its because his teeth were bothering him but he has a bottle and goes back to sleep
Hes always feed 3 hourly during the day so gets plenty of milk0 -
csh, bith my kids were the same. Jasmine was sleeping 10 hours at 7 or 8 weeks, and Dylan has been doing 11 hours since 9 weeksThe two best things I have done with my life
