    Thanks SS - much appreciated!

Right, think I better log off now as I seem to offended someone on the Pregnancy Thread - Not even pregnant (either of us!) and about something that happened last year. :o

Reading your comments about breastmilk not being as filling as formula... do u think what we eat makes any difference to how filling it is? Reason I ask is that Toby is 8 odd weeks and still feeding generally around 3 hourly during the night, sometimes a lil longer, sometimes a lil shorter. However my friends with babies one 10 days older and one 5 weeks older have said their babies are going through the night for a lil while now. I would imagine their diets are a tad healthier than mine. Do you think this could have anything to do with it, or nothing at all?

Research tells us that mom's diet does not affect the average amount of fat or calories in her milk. However, mom can change the types of fat in her milk by altering the types of fats that she eats.

Some babies are just hungry. My baby was a hungry baby and fed 6 times a night for a long time!

  • Glad they are home safe Elle - did you find out the gossip about his BF?

Boo - I've only just got Izzy sleeping through the night in the past week. It would have been a bit earlier if I had been mean and stopped feeding her in the night when she didn't really need it, but your lo is still a bit young for that. All babies are different though :)

Some people are extremely touchy - I've offended people completely accidentally too.

I'm retiring to the sofa now to read and curl up under a blanket. With a cake.

Goodnight lovely ladies and lovely littlies.

Edit: Gah. Molly woke up just in time to interrupt my dinner and now has designs on my sofatime too.

Thanks feelinggood and thanks ladybird, it makes me feel better to hear of others whose babies didnt go through the night early on. Its not like its even a problem as its not like i have to be up in the mornings, but i started to feel like i was the only one. :o Mind u, despite being born lighter, he does now weigh more than both my friends older babies so he must be a hungry baby!! :D

You know what we could do with on here, is a tagging type thing like on twitter, so when we mention someone like @feelinggood, then it shows up on their profile. That would be great!!
