He is still 8kg exactly, so hasnt put anything on at all in 3 weeks other than grow 1/2cm but she says thats probably just because he was sick over christmas and not to worry.
They do that as they become more active anyway. You're not worried are you?Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
end of March yay book me in (actually, might be bit busy end of March, see sig!) but that's cool to know, I didn't know you could talk to the same person, I always speak to someone new
I'm sure you've already recapped about this, but what's the latest about the retraining being 5 days away from your babies? Can anything be done?
xxx
When you phone, you go to a call centre and can speak to any random person that answers !! Branch MAs all have mobiles so our nice customers can phone us direct without having to go through the call centre
And, no cant get out of it, have to go away on 17th March for 5 nights.
I normally go on a 3 day conference in England every November, but I have told them I wont be going to it this year since I have to go away now, so at least its only this once. The two best things I have done with my life

Nope
I just see it that he has learned so many new things in the last month that he is using up all his energy supplies to do them !! And he is happy and seems healthy
But then I'm not a worryer about that sort of thing, he only got weighed today cuz I needed the referral put throughThe two best things I have done with my life

How about something second childhood like? Meccano or something he can build with the boys?
Debenhams had a build-your-own internal combustion engine that Husband gave my dad for Christmas and was a big hit
We have the combustion engine for [STRIKE]hubby[/STRIKE] DSS to build.
Meccano these days is simply not what it wasI think there may be some classic sets knocking about but the new fangled plastic stuff is just not cricket!!
...and the boys may need to be a little older to appreciate it...
Tis a good idea though.
How about a pipe and slippersplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I want to go back three days a week, which will be 24 hours. However I'd also like to add our monthly managers meeting on as extra, so that I always have three days a week in my store, then one week a month do an extra day at the meeting. Does that make sense? Does anyone do anything similar? My business case is that it will ensure that I am actually in my store as I think that's the minimum I need to do my job, but does adding that extra day a month make things a bit messy? Any thoughts appreciated.
.
GISI assuming the fulltime equivalent staff work a 40 hr week (you were talking about 8 hr days which is where I deduced that from!) then 3 days a week plus a day a month would work out as you being on a 0.65 contract. They could easily work out your pro-rata entitlements using that figure, I'd say... I've been on a 0.25 contract, a 0.35 contract and a 0.5 contract and my other colleagues have done things like 0.8 so it's no more unusual than that I'd say....?
