I gave up trying to catch up last night as I had three long phone calls in between me posting and then going to bed.

I'm not going to read back too much as by the time I read stuff it's out of date, so will just read today's posts. Caitlin is asleep at the moment. She alternated between crying and grumbling for a few minutes before going off.

We're going to see another nursery this afternoon. I liked the one we saw before Xmas but now I'm not 100% sure. I don't know what it was, I can't put my finger on it, so want to compare this afternoon's one.

Glam she'll be getting regular tastes of everything - but the broccoli face was hilarious :rotfl:
Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

  • Choppy - sometimes it is just not worth catching up because you can't add anything useful after the event. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't - I am guessing that people don't miss my input too much when I am not here ;):D

Best to keep looking on the childcare front until you find a place that you are happy with - some people/places just feel more right than others.

How can you tell if a baby doesn't like a food? LO pulls allsorts of faces, but never refuses (until he is full and doesn't want anything).

Choppy - hope this afternoon is productive. Trust your gut!

lol when I was 7 I was gonna live next door to my mum so she could still look after me and my kids  if I had done that I think I'd be serving life for murder by now!!

Just put the holiday photos on FB and since MFD started something...
sis n I at about same ages as my boys

Wow Sami, Ed is the twin of you. You can see you in Christopher too, but more in Ed.
BM, I would love a proper toy box too, but they are really expensive !! Would be great if you could get a nice one for £25 !!

I have just bought this using some leftover wedding vouchers. I ordered it yesterday morning and it was here at 8:30 this morning. Unfortunately it was the same driver who delivered two M&S orders last week too, so he'll think I'm a shopaholic :o

Leila will eat anything and everything. 2 pots of mummys apple and pear last night, salmon and potato for lunch today and onken yoghurt for breakfast. For dinner we have chicken and carrots. She still doesnt seem to take much milk during the day though but lots in the evening.

I really need to get her weighed because I sat her on my scales today and she was only 15 pounds but she was 12.7 in mid October. Me thinks those scales tell lies - make mummy heavier than she is and make Leila lighter than she is!

She is having a little snooze now which will no doubt only last 40 minutes maximum. Definately not enough time to get the hoover out:p
Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j
