Glam before you go, little hint with the Gaviscon is to put it in boiling water before you cool it to add the powder as it dissolves better and apparently helps them more if its fully dissolved :)

    huh? confused

bottles r already made & in fridge - if I mix it with boiling water & add to ready made bottlewont it dilute it? or do you mean add it when I make bottles up?

From tomorrow my new routine will be

    up with Jack (6.30am -7am)
do housework while Jack goes back to sleep after his first bottle
after his second bottle - put him in Jumperoo while I do wii fit & sit ups
    lunch
then afternoons are me & baby time :j to include Mummy time on here & watching my CSI!!!

  • Oh I forgot you make them all up the night before, never worry about it then.

I was tolf to add the Gaviscon to the boiling water, then cool quickly and then add the powder, but I was making them up as and when needed at that point
