Isn't it strange...maybe a question when dating should be 'how many kids do you want?'

I certainly asked - but then my OH is older than I am and had been married before, so if he'd chosen not to have kids it would have been pointless to keep dating him seriously.

Grotbags Tia, how disgusting  I think black and gold nails too.

 to everyone who got their Sophies, we're still waiting (although it does take longer for fairies to cross the sea).

    :j Jillie for sitting!

    Chopsticks that's great sleeping!

    :j Elle for standing!

3, suggest that the bus driver puts on comedy fake boobs :rotfl:

    Lovely pictures :A

:j Mel for night out and DH passing

BM condensed soup is fine with some cheese as a sauce

:eek::eek::eek::eek: that midwife! Why not call an ambulance?!

I hate these stories, any story about bad stuff happening to labouring women and new babies has me in absolute floods of tears. I remember how frightened I was before Molly was born and how lucky we were and that's me all but hysterical.

Feelie I'm glad you're sounding so well, please keep taking stock of how you're doing IYKWIM? :grouphug:

Dribblekitten, the BCG vaccination is designed to leave a scar so it's visible at a glance if someone's had it.

Off out when OH gets back from the supermarket to buy a baby sling :) And someone's coming to buy our old crap vitrine so I can put up the new lovely one :j OH is in a grump cause I put €40 in the ad and he paid €300, but since he told me to charge €40 and has only changed his mind I told him to :p

ooh dilemma for tomorrow....the 2 surestarts in radcliffe, both have messy play tomorrow.
but ... the one nearest to me is at 9.30am and the other one (if i can remember the way walking) is at 2 but is about 1.5 miles walking each way and this week bus fare is non-existant....

think it may have to be the one nearer and i will just have to get organised tonight....

or theres bumps2babes at 10.30, the one furthest away...

dont know which one we'll both get more from. K might be a little young to get the benefit from the messy play...

    any recommendations???

Hi, sorry for the dumb question. I've used quidco for a tesco.com registration and purchase and had the cashback. If I now sign up with topcashback and do the same, will I still get the discount, or would I have to register as DH with his work email address?

    Cheers chicks!

Welcome back kitten, where have you been stranger? :D

I've had medication induced mania before, so I'm watching out for the signs. Right now I'm all :j :j :j and want to run round the room screaming  I think it is okay. I like it anyway. Last time this happened I lost loads and loads of weight, wouldn't mind if that happened again. Its like my bones want to jump out of my body.

When I first met DH, he was never going to have children.

My thinking on going ahead was that since I loved him, I would choose him even knowing that. Because 1 in 5 couples can't have children, and also you just don't know what might happen, I felt that it was better to be with a real person who already existed and loved me, rather than not continuing and waiting for some theoretical future lovely person with whom I might not even have been able to have babies IYSWIM?

Anyhow, that was what I decided. But many, many friends were concerned, and told me that for them it would have been a deal breaker, so I know I'm in the minority here :)

Thanks for that info, I learn loads of stuff here, now I'll just have to accept her pock mark rather than wishing it away!

Thanks for missing me - mainly been working out my notice - 2.5 weeks down, 9.5 weeks to go.

Not long for you now? My baby is one day older than yours so you have my admiration for coping with all that entails with a bump!

9.5 weeks will fly, I'm sure. Sorry I wish my brain held onto details better, are you going on to another role, or are you plotting a life of SAHMness? x

Yeah, the bump does make some bits hard! Mostly I'm getting really creaky at lugging Fergus upstairs for naps. I've got a travel cot set up down here but he's really not keen. Must persevere! :)
