  • We had the BCG here, day after birth, because we are in a high risk area (think because we're near to Heathrow or some such nonsense) - wasn't compulsory, but thought we'd get it anyway.
    Word of warning though, the mark it made is still there, nearly 11 months on, and for a while, until about 6 months it was very red and oozy, and from what I remember it didn't start out like that, just noticed it one day, so don't be surprise if it does gross up soon...

    isnt the injection mark we have from the BCG?

    i thought it never went :confused:

    Oh maybe, I had one at about 13 but don't even know which arm it was it so unsure if the mark is still there.

    I just don't like the fact that it scarred my otherwise perfect angel:rotfl:

    Bleurch, puree'd potato is really icky sticky stuff. I should try and find a smaller blender - reaching in to the bottom of this one, I get the puree all the way up the side of my hand!

    we can see the trams from our garden...so in the summer...you might see a mad mummy waving madly at all the trams :D
