TBH Graham when ever you have said you have predicted (like you said you predicted the scrappage scheme would be upped as soon as they launched it but refused to post proof) something you have always said it is up to the person questioning it to find it.
Looks like you will have to follow your own example on that.0 -

Why ?
I do think they are overvalued but I would prefer a few years of very small growth, 1-2% PA, below wage inflation to redress the balance rather than another slump. A 10% drop will make people feel poorer and will hamper recovery from recession."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."

But Hamish also takes the same approach. "Try Google" is his stock phrase. Let's not make out this is all one way traffic."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."

will people stop being beastly to Graham now!!!0 -
Wouldn't make people waiting to buy a house feel any poorer, or BTL'ers looking for another property.Spartacus_Mills wrote: »A 10% drop will make people feel poorer and will hamper recovery from recession.0 -

If I could help him out you did not capitalise "i" or "will" and omitted the "." after now although I suspect you did that on purpose and I am not really a grammar Nazi, or any type of Nazi, and never went to a grammar school but I did go to school and all I learned at school was how to bend not break the rule."There's no such thing as Macra.
