cold weather payment postcode search [merged]

Yeah, Crosby's a weird one, I thought they weren't meant to take readings from coastal areas as it's naturally warmer, maybe Crosby's not considered coastal even though I did (and still do) go to the beach there when I was a child. Taking into account the foot or so of snow it's strange payments have not been triggered!:A :

I live in Ayrshire, and qualify, but haven't received one payment yet, despite 3 payments having been triggered.
Oh well. Not holding much hope.0 -

Sorry, I'm a bit of a thickie today.
What's my BDC?
I phoned my local JCP, who said I had to ring 0845 6088528.
I should be eligible, as I receive IS with a Carers premium, and have 2 children at home both in receipt of DLA.
The 0845 number said I had to wait until the end of January, when there would be a list, it sounded like Santa's naughty or nice list.
Only at the end of this month, would they check to see if I was on that list.
For my postcode there are 2 payments triggered, and my neighbours have received their letter about the first payment.
It's just the vagueness of it all, and the not knowing.
At least I got a basket of wood chopped this morning.
Regards
Munchiethanks for the info, I have phoned today waiting for phonecall in the morning will update asap, I have also emailed the JCP  and I have a letter in the post. Can you tell lol I'm not the most tolerable person in the world. It's rather annoying that I have to tell the operator that actually you are wrong, you don't get a child premium with your IS anymore as this is now included in your CTC.

This is all sounding rather similar to my experience this morning where I was informed that because I don't have the child bit on my income support but get it on CTC. it has to come from them....and their system failed dismally last year to pick up those entitled to it.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0
