its just something in my mind is telling me i wont get one even that i got them last year.
My wife also gets carers allow as well to look after me.

Aye, if you get a disability premium with your IS then you will get a CWP.

Rich, you can put your postcode in here: http://pensions.direct.gov.uk/en/cold-weather-payment/home.asp now to see if your area has triggered any payments.

It seems nobody's received a payment yet so don't worry if it says you should have received X payments, this is still to come.

I have this link thanks, I was referring to the list of weather stations that someone posted a link to as not being up to date.
