City Link have updated their website! Ok it's 11.04 now, so they recon it'll be here by 12pm, lets see what happens...

Well at least Amazon refunded the delivery charge. Thanks City Link, you helped me save money,

geezabrek, what depot were they being delivered to? My delivery is still expected on the 21st.....

Ive complained to Amazon.

Amazon replied, said they will contact CL and get back to me. Also gave me this number for them

I'm still waiting for a Citylink delivery (Nottingham) that should have been here this morning. Would really like to have a bath but don't want to miss them ... not a happy bunny!

No sign of any update at all. Ill phone tomorrow although if the tracking still hasnt updated I doubt the telephone is going to know where it is meaning I wont be able to pick it up from the depot.

I got mine at 6pm tonight! three1ne, you may be better to call the relevant depot - the numbers are on the Citylink website.

And Amazon sent another parcel with city-link earlier to be delivered today I dont hold out much hope, they aint even in the right depot.

Well mine arrived at the Ipswich depot 3:40pm (although was only updated online sometime early this morning). Its still expected to arrive on the 21st though...

1. Card left through our door on 07.12 as we were out; this noted that parcel would be delivered next day
2. Stayed in all day on 08.12 - no delivery
3. Telephoned 08444724990 early on 09.12; message indicated further delivery was impossible and parcel had to be collected from depot. No option to speak to anyone - which seems very poor compared to most other companies these days
4. Went to depot in Plymouth 09.12 to collect the parcel only to be told that parcel was on van to be delivered as "driver ran out of time" the previous day. Seems inexcusable that the recorded phone message says one thing where as reality is different - a very poor system with little regard for the customer
5. Was promised that the parcel would be delivered today (10.12) if I had not returned home by the time of delivery
6. Have just called the Plymouth depot to be told that the parcel is still there and was not put on the delivery van today as promised and that all that could be done was to deliver tomorrow
7. This is the second time this has happened to me over the past year. Last time I was assured that the automated system would be changed as many people had the same problem.
8. Finally the map of the depot on the card delivered on 07.12 was out of date giving totally the wrong location - again inexcusable!
9. Finally delivered Saturday 11.12!

I ordered a parcil from Javari using next day delivery service on the 28th November and i am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have tried several times to contact city-link but they say their office is shut due to adverse weather conditions. I have spoken to Javari twice and they have been lovely trying to contact them and get a delivery. No idea when i will get my package, 13 days and counting.
