I didn't.....that is useful to know...I thought the anti d's were supposed to stop that bit...and is it a symptom??I thought it was, so if its a symptom and a side effect, how will I know when I am better....

It can be a symptom and it may be a side effect. How they know which is which I don't know. Was the mind racing happening before the tablets? I would imagine if its being aggravated by the meds it'll calm down then eventually stop when you are getting better
don't really know though cos my brain is still rattling along at 19 to the dozen about 20 hours a day:o 26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

My mind has really always raced away, but I found I always slept well. And almost always needed about 10 hours sleep a night. I do know that when I am stressed my sleep pattern suffers first....
The trouble is when you are around other people you kind of forget about your mind whirring and concentrate on other things. When you are awake so early and you are on your own it gives you so much time to think more and the scenarios that you think up are so much more 'imaginitive' shall we say.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
