Let me know how you get on Sally....you are doing the right thing, although sometimes it is really hard to admit that we are struggling. I know I hate feeling like this....I wouldn't tell anyone else either 'cept on here.....

Its the rollercoaster I hate, think I am ok then just want to hide under the duvet. I hate being ill and this chest/cough thing has really got me down. Normally such a small thing wouldnt bother me in the slightest so I know I must be heading for the nuthouse!

And usually not pleasant in my case although occasionally I get some 'nice' ones (like the other day I planned Hubbles' birthday party righ tdown to the sparkles on the table even though I knew we weren't having a party this year). Its the lack of emotion that goes with them that bothers me most

My mind has really always raced away, but I found I always slept well. And almost always needed about 10 hours sleep a night. I do know that when I am stressed my sleep pattern suffers first....

Isnt it weird its always around 3am you wake up. I remember when I was going through grieving and very stressful time when dad died and I always used to wake up 3-4am.
